Nadine Paschzella, PhD, LMHCA
Nadine Paschzella MD, Ph.D., LMHCA, has over 15 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, children and families in a variety of clinical settings.
She is Board Certified in Germany as a child psychiatrist and licensed in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor Associate. She received her medical degree at the Humboldt-University of Berlin, Germany, in 2002 and was most recently a clinical Co-Director of an inpatient/outpatient hospital in Ludwigshafen/Germany, where she lead a multi-professional team, provided supervision and oversight of an inpatient unit and out patient day programs. Between 2006 and 2013 she completed an intensive training in family systems therapy and studied buddhist psychotherapy for many years.
She integrates clinical techniques from different therapeutic approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness based approaches and family systems therapy.
At the moment she participates in an intensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) training program at the Linehan Institute BehavioralTech.
